Alan S. Weiner is a founding member of the firm Weiner, Millo, Morgan & Bonanno LLC.

Alan has devoted much of his 40-year professional career to representing clients in a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactions, litigation and mediation. Alan represents Fortune 500 companies and individuals concerning real estate acquisitions, sale, financing leasing and landlord tenant litigation in the New York City Metropolitan area. Alan serves as counsel to cooperative and condominium board of directors advising them on operational matters and litigation Alan also has decades of experience representing and advising property owners and managing agents in general litigation and transactional matters and has successfully mediated many litigation disputes

Alan’s wide range of experience in the sale and acquisition of real estate, commercial lease drafting and negotiating, advising cooperative and condominium boards, general litigation and mediation of disputes, gives him a unique perspective on providing high quality, specialized and cost-effective legal representation.

Alan obtained his B.A. from the University of Massachusetts in 1978 and his J.D. from Southwestern University Law School in 1981. He was admitted to practice law in New York State in 1982. Alan received the prestigious Reginald Heber Smith Community Law Fellowship for public service and practiced public interest law until 1984. In 1985, Alan started his own practice and became one of the founding members of our firm in 1988.

Alan co-manages the operations of the firm and manages the real estate department.
