Case Handling Procedures
Leadership and teamwork in case handling – hallmarks of success
Each new assignment is reviewed by a member of the firm to determine a litigation strategy and action plan reflecting our vision for the most cost effective resolution. Once the assignment has been reviewed, the members determine the appropriate attorney to handle the assignment based upon the respective attorney’s area of expertise, case complexity, severity of damages and other factors such as the potential for precedent or publicity. The assigned attorney is then responsible to establish contact with both the client and the represented company, before an answer is interposed. Throughout the life of the claim, the supervising and assigned attorneys keep the client and/or claims professional informed of all substantive developments and comply with each client’s reporting guidelines, enabling each client to achieve its case resolution objectives. Our goal is informed decision-making and cost effective advocacy.
